Hello. Bulletin 135 (https://www.in.gov/idoi/files/Bulletin-135-Title-Insurance-License-Requirements.pdf) issued by the Indiana Insurance Department states that anyone — including a Notary Signing Agent — who conducts a real estate closing must hold a title insurance producer license.
