Based on newly released federal guidelines, the National Notary Association has made the difficult decision to cancel all California live Notary seminars and live scan services through the end of April. All other services remain operational, including the NNA Hotline, Customer Care, Trusted Notary, bonds and insurance and our entire self-service website.
Additionally, CPS HR Consulting, which administers exams on behalf of the Secretary of State, has announced it has canceled all Notary testing through the end of March.
We understand that this last-minute cancelation of California live Notary seminars is inconvenient and frustrating, and we will do everything we can to ensure you achieve your training goals. You have the option to:
• Reschedule your live seminar at a later date, or
• Take advantage of our online course. (If you choose the online course you will still need to schedule your Notary exam and live scan sessions at designated physical locations.)
