Gansler has been a strong advocate of the Notary office for years. His welcoming address before more than 500 attendees at the 33rd Conference focused on the essential role that a Notary plays in establishing trust in America’s daily transactions. He named Notaries the “guarantors of trust,” stating that the notarial act is what seals the integrity of agreements and contracts.
