How is a Lenders Acknowledgment notarized?

Photo of woman with long dark hair on phone. She is looking at papers in her hand. Text on image reads NNA Hotline Tip.

I want to assure the signer that the Lenders Acknowledgment does not get notarized by me because it does not have her signature on it, as it's for the Lender to sign or notarize. Would you kindly confirm?D.W., New York

You are correct. You would not notarize the Lenders Acknowledgment since the signer of that document is not appearing before you at the time of the notarization.
