SigningAgent.com Now Updated With New Features

Signing-Agent-Website.JPGIf you're an NSA with a profile on the SigningAgent.comdirectory, you should visit the updated site this week to ensure your contact information is up to date and check out new features such as expanded profile options.

Among the new site features are the ability to add a photo of yourself to your profile, a listing option for your available hours of service, and the option to include a PDF copy of your commission or appointment certificate.

SigningAgent.com is used by a wide variety of companies (see the list below) to search for qualified Signing Agents for assignments. A SigningAgent.com profile allows companies to see if you are background screened, speak other languages or have other essential skills to meet their needs for loan signings. Any NNA members who perform loan signings and any Notary who completes the National Notary Association's Certified Signing Agent Program can create a profile in the directory. For more information, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1 (800) US NOTARY (1-800-876-6827).

Am I still listed here or do I need to update information?

Hello Ann, thanks for your question. If you log into your member profile at NationalNotary.org and select "My Signing Agent Profile" on the left side of the page, you can review and edit what information is visible on your SigningAgent.com profile. Have a great day!

I'm confused. .. are the companies listed above the only companies that have access to your site or what. I don't see several companies I have and do work for not listed so I'm wondering why they aren't listed.

I am quite interested in becoming a Signing Agent but need to know how it works. Do the agents call me or do I. I will continue to read information but would like this question answered. Thank you

Hello. Signing Agents obtain assignments in a number of different ways-some build relationships with specific lenders or title companies, others advertise their services through websites or directories. Skye Closings breached their contract with me. They posted and I accepted a $165 fee for a 108 mile round trip refinance. They posted the documents, I printed and prepared them. I coordinated with signers. Then, Skye Closings notified me they would not honor the fee due to a "system glitch". They then demanded I accept $75 or nothing. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I strongly urged NNA to remove Skye Closings from their list of companies allowed to contact Notaries.

Hello. Just to clarify, the NNA does not control what companies contact Notary Signing Agents to offer assignments. However, we can direct you to a page with resources to help Signing Agents who encounter payment issues: https://www.nationalnotary.org/knowledge-center/signing-agent-resources/non-payment-issues

I find it very upsetting that MortgageDocs is a registered company on your site, yet the owner, Rudy Baldoni owes me (and so many others) money for signing completed months ago. I did 2 signings for him in December 2016, have contacted him via e-mail, fax and telephone dozens of times and all I get is an auto reply message from my email saying he will get back to me. He owes me a lousy $150, but when you google his name it is very apparent that he has done this to tons of signing agents. I would hope that you would reach out to him, since he got my name from your site because he is a registered company and I pay my fees to be a member. Please help me get paid.
