Conference 2012 Workshops For International Trade And Immigration Workers
Notaries who work in international trade and the global immigration field are among the most skilled in the profession, and the 34th Annual NNA Conference in June features a number of workshops and events that can help them stay on top of their game.
The “Advanced Notary Skills” workshop will address such subjects as properly identifying signers in a multicultural world, handling attorney-in-fact signings, and making proper notarial certificate corrections.
The “Handling Special Documents” workshop will explore the nuances of such documents as life certificates, beneficiary documents, and adoption paperwork. There also are a number of workshops dealing with workplace issues facing Notaries and their employers, including general compliance and liability issues and effective workplace Notary policies.
Conference 2012 is being held June 3-6 in San Diego, California. For more information and a complete list of activities and workshops, visit the Conference homepage.
