Can I forward a loan document package to a customer before the signing?

Is a Signing Agent allowed to forward the signing package to the client for their review prior to the actual signing? — F.G., New York

No. If allowed, this is the lender’s responsibility. The lender will decide if the documents should be viewed by the borrower prior to the signing.

I started this loan signing in August 2020. I have received several (10) notifications from snapdocs and notarygo with no assignments. I have also purchased several courses, E&O insurance, background check, membership etc. from NNA. I'M NNA and LSS certified. I have signed up with 20 Signing services including NNA. Mark Wills from the Loan Signing System has stated that you should have at least 20 signings from signing services before you go directly to title offices etc. What can I do to get a loan signing??

Anthony, I recommend signing up with Signature Closers. We started about the same time and I get TONS of signing requests. Do a great job, and you may get direct business from those title companies as well.

Nope!! You are in no agreement with the signers, only with the Lendor/Title Company/Legal office who hires you to WITNESS. I have printed a copy of the shipping label to give to signers, so that they can track their packages.
