This new rule from the Washington Department of Licensing makes a gender-neutral wording change in Section 308-30-250(1) of the Washington Administrative Code. It strikes "his or her" and replaces it with "their." Curiously, the plural pronoun "their" is used subsection (3), so this is an example of a simple drafting oversight.
