Summary

Rhode Island enacts the Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act, allowing Notaries to notarize electronic real property documents with electronic signatures.

Creates Chapter 13.2 of Title 34 of the Rhode Island General Laws.

  1. Enacts the Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act (URPERA).
