  1. Extends the temporary remote notarization provisions in force through Chapter 71 of the Acts of 2020 from July 15, 2022, to March 31, 2023.
Analysis
Senate Bill 4345 continues until March 31, 2023, the temporary remote notarization provisions established during the COVID-19 pandemic, which were first enacted on April 23, 2020, by Chapter 71 of the Acts of 2020 (Senate Bill 2645).
