How Many Times Do I Affix A Notary Seal To A Document?

The seal must be placed only on the notarial certificate, close to your signature.

Good information, when I notarized a "maternal/paternal" document I was sealing beside each of the 2 signatures, but just signed in the block provided for my information. Thank you for posting this information!!
