Understanding Notary Certificates and Seals: Vital Notary Know-How

Friday, July 27, 2012

The certificate tells the Notary what to do. It identifies what type of notarization to perform and what actions the Notary must take. When the Notary completes and signs the certificate, he or she officially certifies certain facts have been verified. The Notary's seal authenticates the Notary's signature and makes the notarial act official. In this webinar, you will discover how to review a Notary certificate and how to use and store your Notary seal.
