- Raises the filing fee for the filing or recording of any commission of a Notary with the clerk of court in the Notary's county of residence from $5 to $10.
Analysis:When a Notary is commissioned by the Secretary of State, the Notary must file the commission with the clerk of court in the county where the Notary resides. HB 2342 raises the fee to file the commission with the clerk of courts.
