Analysis

Arkansas House Bill 1430 eliminates unnecessary references to regulations throughout the Arkansas Code. Section 114 of Chapter 14 Subchapter 1 is now titled “Rules” rather than “Rules and regulations”. The section is amended to clarify the Secretary of State may promulgate “rules necessary to administer this chapter.”
