Summary

  1. Clarifies that the expedited service for an Apostille or certification will be fulfilled within 8.5 business hours.
Analysis

A minor change to an administrative rule clarifies that Apostilles or Notary certifications requested by expedited service will be fulfilled within 8.5 business hours. Previously, they were delivered over the counter same day for business entity service. The fees for expedited service remain unchanged.
