Save 15% with this bundle. Includes an Florida Notary Primer, Florida Individual Acknowledgment and Jurat certificate pads which comply with new Florida laws in effect January 1, 2020.
In easy to understand terms, the Florida Notary Primer is a handy guide that explains the procedures, laws and certificate wording you need to perform any notarization in Florida.
The purpose of an Acknowledgment is for a signer, whose identity has been verified, to declare to a Notary or notarial officer that he or she willingly signed the document.
If no other format is prescribed, a Jurat form may be used when an individual is signing and swearing (or affirming) that certain written statements are true.
Each pad includes 100 certificates in a convenient tear-off form and helpful how-to instructions.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any current Florida Notary who wishes to use the new certificate wording before January 1 may choose to do so. However, Florida Notaries must check the “physical appearance” box in the new certificate. After January 1, only registered Notaries performing RONs may select the “online notarization” box when completing a certificate. Remember that if you do not use certificate wording compliant with the new law starting January 1, your notarizations will run the risk of rejection.
