An eNotary seal is a must for completing electronic and remote online notarizations. As soon as you receive your electronic Notary seal, you can use it for the duration of your commission.

Expedited shipping not available for this product. Your Certificate of Appointment will be required before your seal is produced and emailed.

  • Details

    Whether done in-person or remotely, most electronic notarizations need an eNotary seal. Electronic Notary seals are available for any state that allows eNotarizations or remote online notarizations.

    • Check with the electronic or remote online notarization platform provider you'll be working with to verify that you may upload your own eNotary seal in a PNG file format.
    • Your commission information or a state Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture will be required.
    • Your eNotary seal will be produced as an easy-to-use PNG file.
    • Once produced, we'll email you your seal for immediate use.
    • Your electronic seal will be good for the length of your commission.
