Arizona Notary Stamps & Embossers

An Essential Notary Tool

The use of a Notary stamp is required in Arizona. Some Notaries use an embosser in addition to their Notary stamps for extra fraud protection, but it is not considered an official seal of an Arizona Notary public. Notaries are advised to keep their seal in a secure location when not in use.

The NNA offers several different stamp choices that are in compliance with Arizona state regulations.

Important note: per Arizona Notary law, AZ Notaries are only allowed to have one seal stamp or embosser at a time.

Shipping Information

Notary stamps and embossers are custom-made to Arizona's specifications. These cannot be processed until a copy of your commission certificate is emailed to releasing@nationalnotary.org. If you are renewing your commission, the document provided should reference the new commission information, not the current or previous commission.

Custom seals and embossers will be shipped separately from non-custom items ordered. After the required documentation is received by the NNA, please allow 3-5 business days to manufacture and ship.
