This course is based on the statutes, regulations, and rules governing Notaries Public in the District of Columbia and the District’s Office of Notary Commission and Authentications (ONCA).
The course is designed for District of Columbia Notaries Public who are currently commissioned and wish to obtain an endorsement to perform electronic and remote online notarizations.
This course fulfills the training requirement for first-time electronic Notary applicants. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Proof of Completion Certificate to submit to the District of Columbia Office of Notary Commission and Authentications as part of the endorsement process.
A Notary Public who is authorized to perform electronic notarizations is referred to as an eNotary.
