What to know when renewing your Arkansas Notary Commission

  • When to start. You can begin the renewal process up to 60 days before your current commission expires.
  • Get required supplies. A new $7,500 Notary bond and Notary seal are required for your next term. Both items are included in all of our renewal package options.
  • Apply online.Renewals are completed through the Arkansas Secretary of State’s online system. You will need to create an online account (if you don’t have one already), find your commission, then file a Notary Public renewal (amendment)
