Responsive Design Helps Notaries and Industry Stakeholders Find

What They Want, When They Want It, On Any Device

LOS ANGELES, July 21, 2014 – The National Notary Association (NNA) website has been reimagined and rebooted to improve customer service, support and training for Notaries nationwide. Most notably, the new web interface and infrastructure makes it much easier for people to become Notaries in any state nationwide, and streamlines the process for those who need to renew their state-appointed commissions.

Visitors will also find enhanced navigation and search functions, more robust blog features and interactive editions of The National Notary member magazine, a Knowledge Center of resources and information as well as a free database of Notary laws. The website has numerous upgrades making it faster and easier for Notaries to find what they’re looking for -- including a responsive design optimized for desktop, tablet and smartphone access.

“We spent a lot of time talking to our customers and listening to what the community of Notaries needed most. We took that feedback to heart. Our new website is a hub of resources designed to support people in their role as a Notary,” said Thomas Hayden, vice president of marketing for the National Notary Association.

The Notary Bulletin now has a variety of simple content filters like date, subject matter, Hotline Tips and quizzes to narrow down search results quickly. Readers can engage with each other by commenting directly on articles and can use the upgraded social sharing buttons to pass valuable content directly to their social networks.

Articles in the new digital edition of The National Notary magazine are accompanied by bonus features such as interactive graphics, video and audio, links to additional resources and services available, and much more.

Visitors can easily find information, tools and resources they need through the Knowledge Center. The free law database helps Notaries, and companies that employ Notaries, find the laws they need to comply with and a brief analysis of what the law actually changes. Additional company information and news releases are available in the new Press Center. Customers are encouraged to share comments, ratings and reviews anywhere on the site including the product pages.
