I haven’t received my new North Carolina commission certificate yet. Can I purchase my stamp?

No. Starting July 1, 2025, new and renewing North Carolina Notaries must receive their new commission certificate before purchasing their new official Notary stamp.

Is E&O insurance a requirement?
