  • What is the National Notary Association?

    The NNA is the world’s largest nonprofit, educational organization for Notaries. It exists solely to educate and serve Notaries throughout the United States by imparting knowledge, understanding and unity while instilling only the highest ethical standards of conduct and sound notarial practices.

  • Where is the NNA located?

  • Who do I contact with questions about my loan document signings?

    You may access either the NNA’s Notary Signing Agent Hotline or login and visit NSA Section.

    Notary loan signing experts are available Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT, and Saturdays 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. The Notary Signing Agent Hotline number is listed on your NNA membership card (Please have your membership number ready.)

  • Who do I contact when I have questions about performing a notarization?

    All NNA members can access live support via the Notary Hotline. It’s available Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT, and Saturdays 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. The Notary Hotline number is listed on your NNA membership card (Please have your membership number ready.)

    NNA Hotline Consultants offer impartial support for members. Although Hotline calls are recorded for quality assurance, all information remains confidential and is not shared with outside parties.

  • What is Employer Services?

    Employer Services offers single-source convenience to help you commission, train and equip your Notary employees. The NNA Employer Services Program (formerly CNAP) takes charge of the complex requirements and time-consuming commissioning process. Your employees simply request to become or renew as a Notary, and we guide them step-by-step until they receive their state commission.

  • Does the NNA provide a billing option?

    Employer Services customers may receive monthly statements for pre-authorized purchases or use credit cards for purchases. Here’s a link for more information on our Employer Services Support Program: http://www.nationalnotary.org/business_services/index.html

  • How long does it take to receive my Notary seal stamp?

    Once we receive the required documents, your seal will be produced and shipped within 2-3 business days.

  • I faxed my Notary commission information to NNA Customer Service. How can I find out if they received it?

    You can call NNA Customer Service at 1-800-US NOTARY (1-800-876-6827). Please allow one full day after faxing your commission information before calling.

  • How do I receive my stamp?

  • How do I print out my training certificate?

    From the NNA homepage, log in to MY NNA PROFILE

    Click on Training & Certifications

    Available certificates will have the Print icon

  • How do I log into my NNA account?

    From the NNA homepage click on LOG IN at the top right.

    Enter your Email or NNA Membership ID # and Password

    If you have forgotten your NNA membership # or it has expired, please click on the Forgot Password icon for assistance. It will be emailed to you. To avoid duplication of your account please do not click the Register icon.
