Order Status

You can check the shipping status or reprint a receipt for any order you have placed with the NNA — including online, phone and mail orders — at any time in your Order History

Application Status

The NNA will submit the application for you to the following states: Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Missouri. For any other state, please download a checklist here to learn how to contact your state's commissioning agency.

Once received by the NNA, applications for these 4 states can take up to 5 business days for us to process and submit to the state, if all required information is filled out properly. If any required information is missing or any mistakes are present, we will contact you to correct the application. Your application will remain pending until we hear back from you and any errors are corrected.

Once the application is complete, we will forward it to the proper state commissioning agency. You will receive your notary commission once the state has processed the application.

State Processing Time for Applications (once submitted to the state)
Florida, Missouri, and Texas - 2-3 weeks
Pennsylvania - 4-6 weeks
