A Notary stamp is required in Colorado. Notaries are advised to keep their seal in a secure location when not in use.
The NNA offers several different stamp choices that are in compliance with Colorado state regulations.
Convenient and simple to use, these refill ink cartridges allow you to quickly re-ink your stamp. See the front of your stamp for model number.

Inform anyone looking at a document that a certificate is attached. This is not a Notary seal stamp. Does not include certificate ​wording.

Notary stamps and embossers are custom-made to Colorado's specifications. These cannot be processed until a copy of your commission certificate is emailed to releasing@nationalnotary.org. If you are renewing your commission, the document provided should reference the new commission information, not the current or previous commission.
Custom seals and embossers will be shipped separately from non-custom items ordered. After the required documentation is received by the NNA, please allow 3-5 business days to manufacture and ship.
