Why Choose the NNA as Your Notary Bond Provider

To become a Notary in Texas, you must meet the state's eligibility requirements and submit a $10,000 Notary bond with your application. As an authorized provider, the NNA will review your application for errors, then submit the application and bond directly to the Secretary of State. A new Notary supply package includes your surety bond, Notary stamp, filing fee and journal. The package also includes four years of access to the NNA hotline. The hotline experts are available to answer your notarization questions. We provide a checklist containing the steps that you need to take with the state when completing the Texas appointment process.

The NNA is not a commissioning authority. You are commissioned by the Texas Secretary of State.
