The NNA will provide everything you need to become a Notary in Ohio including your official seal stamp and supplies.

Requirements to Become
an Ohio Notary

  • 18 years of age
  • State resident or resident of another state who is an attorney admitted to the practice of law in Ohio and has principal place of business or primary practice in Ohio
  • Must read, write and understand English
  • No lifetime felony conviction
  • Not had a Notary commission revoked
  • Other restrictions may vary by county
