Full Conference registration includes all General Sessions, regular Conference workshops and materials, plus the Welcome Reception, Gala Banquet, Interactive Learning Lab, and networking opportunities.

*Guests may not attend the General Sessions or regular Conference workshops. Complete Signature Event Guest Pass includes the Welcome Reception and Gala Banquet. Welcome Reception Guest Pass includes admission to the Welcome Reception only. Gala Banquet Guest Pass includes admission to Gala Banquet only.

NNA Annual Conference Refunds and Cancellations:

Requests for full refunds must be in writing and postmarked no later than Monday, May 7, 2012. Refund requests postmarked May 8 through May 24, 2012, will be assessed a $50 service charge. No refunds will be made for requests postmarked after May 24, 2012. Policy applies to Conference registration, Guest passes and pre-paid parking passes.
