You must book using one of the following methods to take advantage of NNA’s discounted rate. Discounted rooms in the NNA room block are available on a first-come, first-served basis until Friday, April 19, 2024. Rooms may sell out prior to the cutoff date. NNA cannot guarantee rates or availability of rooms after the cutoff date.

Deposit Payment: Each individual is required to provide a credit card and 1-night room and tax deposit at the time of booking.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Rosen Centre room reservations must be canceled by April 30, 2024, to avoid a charge of 1-night room and tax.
