Jamie Liggins

Jamie Liggins has more than 25 years of professional experience as a Notary and in the mortgage industry, where she gained extensive knowledge of numerous types of loans. She founded Notary Access Association in 1997, establishing a hands-on mentoring program in 2001.

Jamie has provided and continues to provide notarial training at numerous schools, universities and businesses. In 2004, she was recognized as the National Notary Association’s 2004 Notary of the Year, was featured in Ebony magazine for her dedication to strengthening the professionalism of Notaries and received the Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. Drum Major Award for Social Justice from Cal State Dominguez and the City of Carson, California.

Jamie is fluent in American Sign Language and has worked with the mortgage industry to provide Notary and loan signing services to the deaf community. She is also an AARP certified facilitator trainer and a certified Notary Signing Agent. She is author of the book, “TEN Ways You can say Notarize This! Develop Your Own Thriving Notary Business.”
