All Conference sponsorship and exhibitor packages

  • Sponsor logo and hyperlink on the Conference website.
  • Full promotional rights to Conference logos and trademarks (with NNA approval).
  • Sponsorship signage prominently displayed onsite at the Conference.
  • Artwork is due by March 1, 2027. Requirements for submitting your logo to the NNA is in AI, EPS, or PDF vector file with outlined fonts. Please send all artwork to ewilliams@nationalnotary.org
  • Items are non-refundable after print or after January 31, 2027.

In addition to general sponsor opportunities, exhibitors will receive a booth including one table, two chairs, and one wastebasket. You will also receive an exhibitor kit before the event, including instructions for purchasing electricity, Wi-Fi, or any other items for your booth. One full Conference registration is included. Additional sponsor attendees must be purchased for $600 each on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.
