Order Your State-Required Seal and Recommended Supplies
The NNA will provide everything you need to become a Notary in Minnesota including your official seal stamp, state-recommended journal and supplies.

Complete and Submit Your Minnesota Notary Application
To renew your Notary commission in Minnesota, you must follow the directions and fully complete the Minnesota Notary application. If your commission has already expired, you must check "Reappointment" on the application and submit it by mail.

Receive Your Official Notary Seal
When you have received notice of your renewal, scan and email a copy of your Commission Certificate to or fax to 1-800-833-1211. We'll ship your seal within three business days of receiving your certificate.
