Analysis:

On March 27, 2020, Colorado Governor Jared Pollis issued Executive Order D 2020 19, suspending the personal appearance requirement for notarizations, until April 18, 2020. With Executive Order D 2020 30, extended the original order to April 30, 2020. With this new Order, the Governor's original Order is now effective until May 30, 2020.
