Obtain your state-required supplies and complete your training

To become a Florida Notary, select your Complete Florida Notary Supply Package and fulfill the 3-hour Notary training requirement for new Notaries. For your protection, the NNA does not collect your Social Security number or Driver's License number online. By law, the Florida Department of State must receive your original signed application.

Complete Your State-Required Application and Send it to the NNA

After you've completed your training to become a Florida Notary, send a copy of your Certificate of Training and completed Florida Notary Public application to the National Notary Association by following the directions you'll receive via email with your order confirmation.

The NNA will submit your appliction, bond forms, and state fees to the Secretary of State.

Become a Florida Notary
