How to Renew as an Arizona Notary in 3 Easy Steps

Order Your State-Required Bond, Official Seal and Supplies  
The NNA will provide everything you need to complete your Arizona Notary renewal, including your state-required bond, official seal stamp and supplies. 

Complete Your State-Required Application
Complete your Arizona Notary Public renewal application online through the Secretary of State's website.

Renew Your Arizona Notary Commission  
Submit a copy of your Notary commission certificate to the NNA (issued by the AZ Secretary of State) for the manufacturing of your Notary seal stamp. Email your certificate to or fax it to 800-833-1211. Once completed, your seal stamp will be mailed to you and you can begin notarizing.
