Often the Notary Public encounters routine situations. However, occasionally there comes a request to perform a notarization that is completely out of the ordinary. This webinar will introduce some of the more unusual notarization requests based on actual phone calls to the NNA Hotline and posted on the NNA's Facebook page.

Some of the questions include:

• Can I certify the birth certificate of a horse?
• Can I notarize a tattoo?
• How do I notarize for someone with no hands?
• Do I need a signature and a thumbprint on a person I personally know when doing a notarization by mail?
