SHIPPING NOTES: Notary Seal Stamps and Embossers are custom made to your state's specifications. Please allow 2-3 business days to manufacture Seal Stamps and 10-15 days to produce Embossers. These items cannot be produced until all required documents are received by fax or mail (as indicated below). Seals and Embossers will be shipped separately from non-custom items ordered.
MAIL FAX PHONE Notary Seal Stamp Requirements IMPORTANT: The following documents are required to provide your Official Notary Seal Stamp. Please fax or mail the required documents to the NNA (as indicated below). AL, DC, VI: Notary Seal Stamps not permitted by state/district; please select a Notary Seal Embosser. Send a COPY of your "Commission Certificate." CA, OR: Mail your ORIGINAL "Certificate of Authorization" (not a copy). FL: If ordering a Notary Seal, please send a COPY of your Notary "Commission Certificate." If ordering an NNA Complete Notary Package, no documents are required. GUAM: Send a COPY of your "Commission Certificate" AND mail your ORIGINAL, notarized "Application for Seal." HI: New Notaries, forward a COPY of your "Letter of Passing." Renewing Notaries, forward a COPY of your "Notification of Renewal." ID, KS, NM, SD, WI: Order your seal, then forward a COPY of your "Commission Certificate" within 30 days of receipt of commission. NV: Mail your ORIGINAL "Certificate of Appointment" OR an original CERTIFIED copy. No faxes accepted. The original Certificate of Appointment will be returned with the seal. PA: Send a COPY of your "Commission Certificate" OR "Appointment Letter" AND provide your city, township or borough and county of business. TX: Send a COPY of your Notary "Commission Certificate." State Employees without a Notary Bond must note the following on their request when ordering seals: "NOTARY WITHOUT BOND." UT: Send a COPY of your notarized "Commission Certificate." All Other States: Send a COPY of your Notary "Commission Certificate" OR "Letter of Appointment."
