Why Choose the NNA as Your Notary Bond Provider

Renewing your commission in Texas is simple with the NNA. To renew your four-year commission in the Lone Star State, you will need to purchase a $10,000 Notary bond and submit a new application and filing fee. Your application can be submitted up to 90 days before your current commission expires. The NNA is an authorized Notary bond provider and will review your application for accuracy, and submit it to the Texas Secretary of State on your behalf. A new Notary supply package includes your surety bond, Notary stamp, filing fee and journal. Our renewal supply packages includes access to the NNA hotline for your convenience.

You are commissioned by the Texas Secretary of State. The NNA is not a commissioning authority.
