- Select Internet Options.

- Move the Settings slider all the way down to Accept All Cookies.
- Click Apply.
Turn off pop-up blocker. You may turn the pop-up blocker on when you are not taking the online course.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select Tools.
- Select Pop-up Blocker.
- Select Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
Delete all the browsing history.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select Tools.
- Browsing History.
- Click Delete.
- Click Delete All.
- Click Ok.
