Forward a COPY of your Letter of Passing to the NNA for processing.
We will mail your activated Notary Bond to you via First Class mail.
Submit your Notary Public Application to the State, enclosing your $30 State application fee, completed bond, original** Letter of Passing, copy of birth certificate or US Passport.
