    Eligibility
    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Be a resident of Colorado
    • Be able to read and write English
    • Be familiar with Colorado’s Notary law
    • Not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving dishonesty, as defined in CRS 12-55-102(1.4), during the last five years
    • Not have had a felony conviction
    • Not have had a Notary commission revoked
