Eligibility |
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a resident of Colorado
- Be able to read and write English
- Be familiar with Colorado’s Notary law
- Not have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving dishonesty, as defined in CRS 12-55-102(1.4), during the last five years
- Not have had a felony conviction
- Not have had a Notary commission revoked
