Application and Bond Filing Procedures |
Call the NNA at 1-800-US NOTARY (1-800-876-6827) if you have any questions during this process.- Order your Complete Notary Supply Package – which includes your State-required Notary Bond.*
- Call 1-800-US NOTARY (1-800-876-6827) to confirm the details of your order.
- We will IMMEDIATELY issue your Notary Bond according to the following guidelines:
New Notaries: The effective date will be indicated as 30 days after your order date.
Renewing Notaries: The effective date will match the date of your commission renewal.
- We will mail your activated Notary Bond to you via First Class mail.
- Submit your Notary application to the AZ Secretary of State WITH your NNA Notary Bond.
Pennsylvania Bonds and E&O policies underwritten by Nations Bonding Company, Austin, Texas (a subsidiary of Merchants Bonding Company [Mutual]); all other Bonds and E&O policies underwritten by Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual), Des Moines, Iowa.
