About NSA certification

The nation’s top lenders, title companies, and signing services rely on the standards for Notary Signing Agents when hiring NSAs for their assignments. They use SigningAgent.com as their most trusted database. That’s why a profile on SigningAgent.com is important for enhancing your visibility to companies that matter.

Passing the annual background screening will earn you a listing. If you also complete our “Certification Training and Exam”, you earn a higher, certified listing and a badge that you can use on your marketing materials. All listings are valid for 12 months after the background screening pass date. Additionally, taking our “How to Succeed as an NSA” online training course will ensure you learn the fundementals of signing work in order to be a confident and qualified NSA.

Restrictions: NSA certifications and background screenings are available only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, not for customers in U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, United States Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and Minor Outlying Islands).​ Additional state restrictions may apply.
