Customer Service Hours Extended

From the East Coast to Hawaii, from North Dakota to the Gulf Coast, the NNA serves Notaries throughout the United States — which is why the Association now offers extended customer service hours.

To accommodate our members in different states and time zones, customer service representatives are available to assist Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Time  (5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time); and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time (5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time).
