New Law Seminars In Colorado
September 1, 2009
Colorado recently enacted a new law , Senate Bill 111, which includes a significant expansion of recordkeeping requirements for Notaries in the state. The law went into effect July 1.
To help Colorado Notaries stay abreast of the latest developments, the NNA has developed a seminar program that can be taken in person, via a Webinar or online.
The training covers notarial acts affected by the new recordkeeping requirements along with instruction on keeping and maintaining a journal.
The seminars also will cover commission fee increases and changes to Notary application rules, commission rules and other requirements.
