In this Advisor Spotlight, we introduce you to small business expert Kelly Manning.
Kelly Manning is the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network State Director with the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) based in Denver, Colorado.
Manning’s responsibilities include oversight of 15 SBDC Centers statewide and serving as a liaison between OEDIT and the federal Small Business Administration.
