SOUTH CAROLINA — The recent graduates of Williamsburg Technical College in Kingstree are facing the daunting challenges of today’s working world — but they will be guided by the words of a Notary with more than 25 years of experience helping people find jobs.
Jimmy L. Wilson, Notary and area director of the Kingstree branch office of the South Carolina Employment Security Commission was the featured speaker at the graduation. As a veteran career counselor, Wilson gave advice to the graduates on how to prepare for the job market with strong resumes and sharp interviewing skills.
Wilson said speaking to the graduates was a rewarding experience for him. “I’m glad to be able to pass some of my experience on to help them transition into the world of work,” he said.
