Step-by-step instructions will help you set up your own Facebook page and join the social media community.
- Producing Results With Social Media or “How to Win Friends and Convert Customers” will introduce the importance of social media marketing and how it can be used for public relations, customer service, client retention, loyalty building, and business development. It will provide tips on creating a winning content strategy, and cover the various social media channels including blogs, message boards, podcasts and social networking.
- Grow Your Business With Search Engine Marketing will unravel the mysteries of “SEO” (otherwise known as search engine optimization) and why it works; show how to increase your online notarial presence through platforms like Twitter and Google Plus; provide tips on increasing your market share; help expand your knowledge of writing “for the web”; explain “click-through” rates; and describe how results can be obtained through web analytics.
