Obtain Your State-Required Seal and Recommended Supplies

The NNA will provide everything you need to become a Notary in West Virginia including your official seal stamp, state-recommended journal and supplies.

Complete Your West Virginia Notary Application

To become a Notary in West Virginia, you must follow the directions and fully complete the application on the West Virginia Secretary of State website. Print and sign your name exactly as you would like your commission to be issued.
