  • U.S. citizen or legal resident of U.S.
  • Legal resident of Georgia
  • Resident of county in which applying; Non-residents of Georgia must be
    regularly employed in the county in which application is submitted
  • Possess and provide at time of application an operating telephone number
  • Hold valid driver's license, U.S. passport, voter identification card or identification
    issued by local/state/U.S. government
  • Not had Notary commission or any professional license in any state revoked,
    suspended or restricted
  • Not been engaged in the unauthorized practice of law as found by the State Bar
    of Georgia
  • Must read, write and understand English
